maintaining highway slopes in excavation and/or embankment, together with the
right to construc� and maintain a drainage system, together with the right to
construct, erect, alter, repair, operate, enlarge, replace, maintain and keep

overhead and undergreund telephone transmission and distribution lines,
transmission and distribution water lines, sanitary sewer lines, natural gas
lines, and other utility facilities, along with their necessary appurtenances,
said lands being situated in King County, State of Washington, and described as

The South 2.5 ft. of the North 7.5 ft. of the East 2.3 ft. of Lot 4 and
THE SOUTH 2.5 FT OF THE NORTH 7.5 FT OF THAT PORTION OF LOT NO. 5, LESS THE EAST
4.6 FT, OF THE JOSEPH E. KLONTZ 2ND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, AS RECORDED
IN VOLUME 54 OF PLATS, PAGE 100, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

The Grantors, successors or assigns shall not place, construct or maintain, any
building or other structure within the boundary limits of said strip of land.
Grantee hereto may grant to Puget Sound Power and Light Company, Pacific
Northwest Bell Telephone Company, etc. any or all of the rights Granted herein;
provided, that use by such party shall be subject to the terms and conditions of
this agreement.
This Easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of all parties hereto.
