PERRY A. COULTER, DON R. KIRKKAN, AND DAVID R. HENSEL
do hereby
grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over and
across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and
for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a SEWER LINE AND UNDERGROUND

said land being described as:

the North 10' of the South 178.58' of the following described property:
Beginning at a point in Section 7, Township 21 N, Range 5 E of the W.M., which is
50 rods (825 feet) west: of the northeast corner of the south half of the donation
land claim of the heirs at law of William H. Brannon and his wife, Elizabeth Brannon,
both deceased designated as claim No. 37, thence south 00-221 E 335 feet to the true
point of beginning of this description; thence continuing due south 00-22' E 664'.31
feet to a point; thence west 412.5 feet to a point; thence north 89'-57' E 230.5 feet
to a point thence south 00 - 30' W 147.0 feet to.a point, thence east 182 feet to the
True Point of Beginning; LESS ROAD.
