do hereby gr5—taii convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation, its
successors and assigns, the perpetual right, permit, license and easement to use
and occupy the herinafter described lands for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining highway slopes in excavation and/or embankment, together with the
right to construct and maintain a drainage system, together with the right to
construct, erect, alter, repair, operate, enlarge, replace, maintain and keep
clear overhead and underground electric transmission and distribution lines,
overhead and underground telephone transmission and distribution lines,
transmitsion and distribution water lines, sanitary sewer lines, natural gas
lines, and other utility facilities, along with their necessary appurtenances,
said lands being situated in King County, State of Washington, and described as
follows:
THE NORTH 6 FT OF THE WEST 85 FT OF THE EAST 1322.5 FT OF THE NORTH 145 FT OF
THE WILLIAM BRANNj�N DONATION LAND CLAIM NO. 37, SITUATED IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP
21 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W.M., KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, SOUTH OF SOUTH 307TH
STREET.

The Grantors, sucfessors or assigns shall not place, construct or maintain, any
building or other structure within the boundary limits of said strip of land.
Grantee hereto may grant to Puget Sound Power and Light Company, Pacific
Northwest Bell Telephone Company, etc. any or all of the rights Granted herein;
provided, that use by such party shall be subject to the terms and conditions of
this agreement.
This Easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of all parties hereto.
