maintaining highway slopes in excavation and/or embankment, together with the
right to construct and maintain a drainage system, together with the right to
construct, erect, alter, repair, operate, enlarge, replace, maintain and keep

HALF OF THE WILLIAM BRANNAN DONATION LAND CLAIM NO. 37, SITUATED IN SECTION 7,
TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W.M., KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, LESS COUNTY
ROAD.

The Grantors, successors or assigns shall not place, construct or maintain, any
building or other structure within the boundary limits of said strip of land.
Grantee hereto may grant to Puget Sound Power and Light Company, Pacific
Northwest Bell Telephone Company, etc. any or all of the rights Granted herein;
provided, that use by such party shall be subject to the terms and conditions of
this agreement.
This Easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of all parties hereto.
