Know all men by these presents that we, the undersigned,
owners in fee simple of the land herinbelow described, and for
our heirs or assigns forever, do hereby hold the city of Auburn
harmless from any responsibility, maintenance, or expense aris-
ing, at any time, in connection with the side sewer from the
hereinbelow described property to the city sewer.
We further grant an easement of the west 10 feet of the
hereinbelow described property for the repair and maintenance
of said side sewer, and further agree that in the event that
said described property ever be again divided or platted into
more than two parcels, that no additional connection will be

made to said side sewer unless approved by the City of Auburn.
The west 215 feet of the south half of the Southwest Quar-

ter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 21 North,
Range 5 E.W.M., in King County, Washington EXCEPT the South 273
feet and EXCEPT County road along the west side.
