THE GRANTOR, City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, sell and convey to Theodore J.
Hagadorn and Jean *Ann Hagadorn (husband and wife), GRANTEES, an easement
and right-of-way for purposes of ingress and egress over, through, across
and upon the following described real property situated in King County,
Washington:
The south 30 feet of the east 396.03 feet of the south 246.02 feet
of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 2.1

This easement is granted with the understanding that the easement
described herein is for the exclusive use of GRANTEE for ingress and egress
to adjacent property and any other use will cause said easement to revert
to the GRANTOR. The GRANTEE also agrees to indemnify and save harmless
the GRANTOR from any liability arising from the use of said easement.
