THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES THAT: There is herewith conveyed from the Auburn Water Department to the Auburn Street Department a two foot easement for public right-of-way on 20th Avenue South ("W" Street Northwest) north of 316th Street (plat of West Beverly Hill Division I) located within the city limits of Auburn, Washington, and more fully described as follows, to-wit: That portion of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of %-RecAbib °A4, Township 21 North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian, King County, Washington, described as follows: beginning at the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said.Section 11; thence N 01-11-50 E, 947.00 feet to the point of curve of a curve concave to the southeast to which the center of the arc of said curve bears S 01-11-50 W, 47.00 feet; thence southwesterly along said curve 114.84 feet through a central angle of 139-59-41 to a point of reverse curve; thence southeasterly along a curve concave to the southwest, said curve having a radius of 23.00 feet and a central angle of 49-59-41, a distance of 20.07 feet to the point of tangency; thence S 01-11-50 W, 646.38 feet; thence S 88-48-10 E, 22.00 feet to the point of beginning. Less that portion of right-of-way for south 316th Street. Less that portion dedicated for street purposes in City of Auburn Resolution No. 1819. Section 2. Upon the passage and approval of this Resolution the City of Auburn Legal Department is hereby authorized to record this Resolution with King County. This item was approved by the Council under agenda item II.A.1. B. Resolutions 1. Resolution No. 1840 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Auburn, Washington, authorizing Auburn Finance Director to pay thirty-five dollars per visit once a week to Annie McDonald, R.N., to do medical screening of prisoners at the Auburn City Jail. Motion by Councilmember Whittall, second by Councilmember Brothers to approve Resolution No. 1840. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 5-0. 2. Resolution No. 1841 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Auburn, Washington, conveying a two foot easement from the Auburn Water Department to the Auburn Street Department for public right-of-way. Motion by Councilmember Wisner, second by Councilmember Burns to adopt Resolution No. 1841. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 5-0. 3. Resolution No. 1842 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Auburn, Washington, authorizing the City of Auburn and its officials to participate with other local municipal jurisdictions and United Way in carrying out the work plan of the Human Services Roundtable. Motion by Councilmember Burns, second by Councilmember Whittall to adopt Resolution No. 1842. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 5-0. 4. Resolution No. 1843 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Auburn, Washington, authorizing the Mayor of the City of Auburn, to execute an amendment to the emergency medical services contract between the City of Auburn and King County, to specify the funding total. Motion by Councilmember Whittall, second by Councilmember Wisner to adopt Resolution No. 1843. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 5-0. 5. Resolution No. 1845 the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn to execute an interlocal services agreement with King County for animal control services. Motion by Councilmember Whittall, second by Councilmember Brothers to adopt Resolution No. 1845. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 5-0. 6. Resolution No. 1847 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Auburn, Washington adopting local development matching fund program. -7- f
