Christensen and Lillian P. Christensen hereby conveys and warrants to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, its successors and assigns, a perpetual nonexclusive easement under, over, through and across the following described land for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing Traffic Signals and appurtenances thereof, said land being described as follows: C'7 THAT PORTION OF LOT NO.1 OF AUBURN PARK OF INDUSTRY AS RECORDED IN VOLUME NO.106 OF PLATS, PAGE 83, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, SITUATE IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, W.M., DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LOT NO.1; THENCE S 89-57-22 E ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT NO.1 A DISTANCE OF 134.49 FEET TO THE POINT OF CURVE OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE SOUTHWEST, TO WHICH THE CENTER OF THE ARC OF SAID CURVE BEARS S 00-02-38 W, 25.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE 26.92 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID CURVE 12.85 FEET TO THE POINT OF TANGENCY ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT NO.1; THENCE S 01-10-00 W, 3.31 FEET; THENCE N 88-50-00 W, 10.00 FEET; THENCE N 01-10-00 E, 8.83 FEET; THENCE N 46-10-00 E, 9.58 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS EXISTING PUBLIC EASEMENTS. Said Grantee shall have the absolute right, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said easement for the purpose of maintenance, construction, repair or reconstruction of the above improvements without incurring any legal obligation of liability therefor.
