THIS AGREEMENT made this 1 9th day of April , 1966 , by
1, and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County,
Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee", and Joseph A. E
and Gertrude Ey , his wife,
�^ hereinafter termed "Grantor".
ri WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these
presents grant unto the Grantee a 15 foot perpetual right -of way or ease-
ment for sewer mains with the necessary appurtenances through, over and
across the following described property situated in King County, Washington,
more particularly described as follows:
This Sewer Easement is through Tax Lot 13 In Section 12,
Township 21 North, Range 4 East W. M. Said Tax Lot is described as follows:
Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 12 EXCEPT the
East 100 feet thereof conveyed to the Seattle -Tacoma Interurban Railway by
deed recorded under 0209774 records of King County, Washington.
This easement consists of a 15 foot permanent strip described
as the East 15 feet of said Tax Lot.
