M. Said Tax Lot is described as follows: Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 12 EXCEPT the East 100 feet thereof conveyed to the Seattle -Tacoma Interurban Railway by deed recorded under 0209774 records of King County, Washington. This easement consists of a 15 foot permanent strip described as the East 15 feet of said Tax Lot.
