That portion of Government Lot 4 in rAle Wk
Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W. M., lying
easterly of the right of way of Burlington Northern
Inc., as ncnr located and within a strip of land 100 feet
in width, being 50 feet on each side of the centerline
of 15th Street N. E./N. W. as now surveyed and located
over and across the NE4NE4 of said Section 12 and said
Government Lot 4.
TOGETHER WITH; A temporary construction easement 80
feet in width upon that portion of said Government
Lot 4 lying easterly of said Burlington Northern Inc.,
right of way and between parallel lines respectively 50
feet and 130 feet southerly of said centerline of 15th
Street N. E./N. W.; such temporary easement to terminate
upon completion of the project.
In the event the premises cease to be used for the purpose
provided for herein or shall by operation of law or otherwise
become vacated or abandoned, the easement hereby granted shall
immediately cease and terminate and the premises reconveyed to the
Grantor, its successors and assigns, by the Grantee.

The Grantor, LAMBUTH, SILL & SPRAGUE, INC., a Washington corpora-
tion, Trustee, for. and in consideration of One Hundred and no/100
Dollars ($100.00), to it paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of
the State of Washington, herein called "Grantee", a perpetual easement
for the right to construct, maintain and use for a highway overpass
bridge over and across the following described real estate situated
in King County, State of Washington:

they were authorized to execute said instrument and that the seal
affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
