This easement is given under the threat of and in lieu of Eminent Domain. Said Grantee shall have the absolute right, at times as may be necessary, for immediate entry upon said Easement for the purpose of maintenance, inspection, construction, repair or reconstruction of the above improvements without incurring any legal obligation or liability therefore. Said Grantor shall not in any way block, restrict or impede access and egress to or from said Easement, and/or in any way block, restrict or impede full use of the real property within the above-described Easement by said Grantee for the above-described purposes. Said Grantor may fence across said Easement and/or along the boundaries of said Easement provided that a gate is constructed in said fence. Said gate shall be of sufficient length and location to allow the Grantee full use of, and access and egress to and from the real property within the above-described Easement. If said gate is to be locked, keys shall be provided to the Grantee. HAFACTAC29719\E98-1235 Easement Page 2 of 3 fj EXHIBIT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER LINES PORTION of TAX LOT No. 122104-9027 lr7 Q All that certain real property situate in the City of Auburn, King County, State of Washington, being a portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, and being a portion of that certain Parcel "E" as shown on Record of Survey, filed in Volume 20, of Surveys, Pages 149 & 149-A, and recorded under Recording No. 7910029009, King County Records, described as follows: A Non-exclusive EASEMENT, for sanitary sewer line purposes, appurtenances thereto and maintenance thereof, in, on, over, under, through, and across a uniform strip of land 15.00 feet in width, 7.50 feet on both sides of the,cgnterline of described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Parcel "E", being,the Southeast corner of said Section 12, Thence, along the South line of said Parcel "E", North 86°09'44" West 28.00 feet, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the centerline of the herein-described Easement strip-of-land; Thence along the centerline the following courses: 1) North 01 °05"10" East 605.71 feet; 2) North 06°00'16" West 52.75 feet, to the North line of said Parcel "E", and being the terminus of the herein-described centerline.
