Records of King County, Washington, under Auditorts File No. , which was assigned to King County, Washington, Water District No. 80 by Farmers Water Company under Assignment dated August 25, 1948, and recorded in Volume 2775, of Deeds, page 208, Records of King C ounty, Washington, under date August 27, 1948.' covering the following des- cribed property, to -wit: An easement to lay galvanized iron water pipe upon, along and across the following streets in the Plat of Auburndale, Division No. 2, as located in the south one-half of Section 7, Township 21 North, Range 5 E.W.M., in accordance with such regulations as King County may require, and as may be demanded under Franchise No. 2133, granted to Henry C. Sicade, May 28, 1912, and assigned to the undersigned in (1g20). Crossing Auburn Avenue -- County Road No. 76, -- Pacific Highway (paged 201) at a point upon same, 2401feet northerly of the south section line of Section 7, Township 21 North, Lange 5 E.W.M., by driving a steel pipe: at a depth of 24 inches below subgrade of pavement upon Fourth Avenue from the southeast corner of Cemetery easterly upon Third and Second Avenues, Seattle and Tacoma Avenues, being 40 feet streets, excepting Fourth Avenue -- 30 feet, ALL in King County, Washington; TOGETHER WITH all rights of prescription and other rights which it may have in said property.
