SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
A 10.00 foot wide strip of land having 5.00 feet of such width on each side of the
following described centerline located within that portion of Block 10, C.D. Hillman's
Auburndale Addition to the City of Seattle, Division No. 2, recorded in Volume 13 of plats
on page 92, records of King County and of the abandoned bed of the White River, if any, in
Section 7, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., situated in the City of Auburn,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of said Section 7; thence S 86012'15" W along the South
line of said Section 340.82 feet more or less to the Southerly prolongation of the
Easterly right of way of Pike St. N.E. as now established 60.00 feet in width; thence
N 0°37'00" W along said right of way 73.05 feet; thence N 89023'00" E 5.00 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 0037'00" W parallel with the East right of way Pike St. N.E.
338.20 feet to Point "A"; thence continuing N 0°37'00" W 44.00 feet to the terminus of
said easement, TOGETHER WITH the following, BEGINNING at Point "A", herein above
described; thence N 88°53'59" E 123.50 feet and the terminus of said centerline.
