grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a
WATER MAINS , said land being described as:
That portion of Lots•13 and 14, Block 7, C.D. Hillman's Auburndale
Addition, Division No. 1, as recorded in Volume 13, Page 62 of Plats,
records of King County, Washington described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of the Lea Hill Road, said
point being 100 feet Northerly of the South line of Lot 13; thence
Easterly at right angles to said Lea Hill Road 10 feet; thence Southerly
parallel with and 10 feet East of said Lea Hill Road 260 feet; thence
Westerly at right angles 10 feet to the Easterly line of Lea Hill Road;
thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Lea Hill Road 260 feet to
the point of beginning.
