to the City of Seattle, Division No. 1, according to plat-recorded

follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of said lot, which is N 0°07100"
E. 30 feet and N 89059'00" W. 1007.61 feet from the south quarter corner
of Section 8, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W-M-, in said county;
thence north at right angles to said sou* line 250 feet, more or less,
to the north line of said lot; thence west along said north line to the
easterly margin of Lee Hill Road; thence southwesterly along said marggin
to the south line of said lot; thence east along said sou:,h line to the
point of beginning; EXCEPT roads.
Said anchors, wires and cables will be located as shown on ati:ached Exhibit
N13 •%d by this reference made a part hereof. .
As a condition of this easement it is understood that the installations A/c and
AID shown on said Exhibit "A".grill have a length, individually, not exceeding 70
feet. It is further understood that the installation A/B shown on said Exhibit ho
"A" will have a length not exceeding 155 feet, and that clearance beneath this
installation will be a minimum of 20 feet at the point that it passes over the
raru.cipal facility designated as 2411SS on Exhibit A .
In the event that any of said installations physically interfere with the future
development of the property, Grantee will, at its own expense, relocate said install-
ation to a mutual', :.greecble location on the property.
Grantee shalt gave the right to keep its facilities free from the interference
of any trees or c,10,sr obstructions and following the installation of its facilities
Grantee shall, to the extent reasonably practicable, restore said property to the
condition it was in immediately prior to such work. By accepting this easement,
Grantee agrees to indemnify and hold Grantor harmless from any claims for damages
arising out of the exercise of Grantee's rights hereunder. a rights and obli-
gations of the parties shall be binding upon their respective successors and
assigns.
