Arnold R. Galli, Sr. and Dorothy E. Galli, husband and wife, and
Darrell Clair and Shelly Clair, husband and wife, do hereby grant and
convey to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation, an easement over
and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
a sanitary sewer line extension; said land being described as follows:
A 15-foot wide strip of land over that portion of Lot 18 of Block
7 of C.D. Hillman's Auburndale Addition to City of Seattle Div. No.
4:11 1 as recorded in volume 13 of plats on page 62, records of King County,
LO Washington, the centerline, as measured 7.50 feet to both sides,
M being described as follows:

C11 Commencing at a point on the east line of said Lot 18 also known
as the NW corner of Lot 4 of King County Short Plat No. 377154 and
C'1 recorded under Auditor's File No. 7803220948, thence S 00° 21' 05"
W along the east line of said Lot 18, a distance of 49.05 feet, to
the True Point of Beginning of said centerline; Thence S 62° 40'
36" W, a distance of 53.56 feet, to easterly margin of 105th Place
S.E. and the terminus of said centerline.
AND
A 15-foot wide strip of land over that portion of Lot 4 of King County
Short Plat No. 377154 as recorded under Auditor's File No. 7803220948
records of King County, Washington, the centerline, as measured 7.50
feet to both sides, being described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Lot 4 thence S. 89° 39' 52" E.,
along the north line of said Lot 4, a distance of 7.50 feet, to the
True Point of Beginning of said centerline; Thence S 00° 21' 05"
E, parallel with and 7.50 feet east of the west line of said Lot
4, a distance of 60.12 feet; Thence S 21° 47' 42" E a distance of
86.24 feet, to the southerly line of said Lot 4 and the terminus
of said centerline.
