SUMMERFIELD APARTMENTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, do hereby grant
and convey to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation,
an easement over and across, upon and underneath, the following
described land for ingress and egress and for the purpose of
laying, maintaining, and installing and main line sewer and
water extensions said land being described as:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
An easement in the Southeast quarter of Section 9, Township 21 North, Range 5 East of
the Willamette Meridian, King County, Washington, being 7.5 feet each side of the
following described centerline:
BEGINNING at a point in the South line of S.E. 312th Street (42-Foot half-width right-
of-way) that is North 869 04' 32" West, 15.13 feet from the East line of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the aforesaid Southeast quarter;
THENCE South 03' 34' 24" West, 198.00 feet to Point "A" hereinafter referred to;
THENCE CONTINUING South 03° 34' 24" West, 272.00 feet to Point "B" hereinafter
referred to;
THENCE CONTINUING South 03' 34' 24" West, 16.82 feet;
THENCE South 48' 45' 46" West, 39.72 feet;
THENCE North 86' 14' 14" West, 216.50 feet to the East line of the West 365 feet of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the aforesaid Southeast quarter at a point
that is North 03' 08' 04" East, 94.65 feet from the Southeast corner of said West 365
feet and the terminus of this description.
ALSO nn easement 7.5 feet each side of the following described centerline; beginning at
Point "A"; hereinbefore referred to:
THENCE South 86' 25' 36" East, 16.69 feet to the East line of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of the aforesaid Southeast quarter and the terminus of this
description;
ALSO nn easement 7.5 feet each side of the following described centerline; beginning at
Point "B" hereinbefore referred to:
THENCE South 86' 25' 36" East, 19.47 feet to the East line of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of the aforesaid Southeast quarter and the terminus of this
description.
