DRAINAGE EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this '-74 tk-1 day of `no v-ews (04e1r_ , 1970, between
the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "GRANTEE" and R.O. BAIN
hereinafter termed "GRANTOR".
.a WITNF.SSETH:
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration hereby acknowledged does by
these presents grant unto the Grantee a Drainage Easement ten (10) feet in width
lying five (5) feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 12, Hi-Crest Addition No. 2 as
recorded in Volume 64 of Plats, Page 58, records of King County, Washington.
Thence North 88023'01" East along the South line of the said Lot 12 a distance
of 165.32 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuous North 88023101"
East to the West marginal line of Primary State Highway No. 5-M (West Valley
Highway), situate in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 21 North, Range
4 East, W.M. -
TOGETHERWITH a temporary drainage release for the purposes of wasting storm
drainage water over that portion of the following described property presently
y lying below the level of the West Valley Highway (State Highway No. 5-M):
a Portion of Southeast 1A of Northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 21 North,
Range 4 East, W.M. lying Westerly of State Road less North 198 feet of South
22$ feet EXCEPT the West 80 feet thereof LESS beginning Southwest corner of
Lot 3, Block 3, Knickerbocker Heights Addition; thence South 30°55'15" West
.34 feet; thence North 88°23'01" East 185.22 feet to Westerly line of State

\ Road; thence Northerly along said Westerly line 366.35 feet; thence West along
South line of said Addition 364.71 feet to the beginning LESS portion platted
Hi-Crest No. 2 LESS portion lying Southerly and Westerly of following line:
Beginning Southwest corner of Lot 13 of Hi-Crest No. 2; thence North 88°23'01"
East 255.16 feet; thence South 1..2°19'21" West, 101.61 feet; thence South 38°
06121" West 127.12 feet; thence South 53°35'39" East to State Road.
