WHEREAS, the City of Auburn Storm Drainage Utility requires an easement across the City of Auburn's Cemetery property for the construction of a storm drainage and debris control facility. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Auburn is herewith authorized to execute a Public Storm Drainage Facility Easement between the City of Auburn and the City of Auburn Storm Drainage Utility Enterprise Fund. A copy of said Easement and map are attached hereto and denominated as Exhibits "A" and "B" respectively and incorporated herein. Section __2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
