For and in consideration of One dollar ($1.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby t= ,
acknowledged, and for benefits to be derived by the Grantor herein, 5
Grantor, HILL-RAAUM INVESTMENT COMPANY , hereby conveys and warrants
to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington,
its successors and assigns, a perpetual nonexclusive easement under, over, gt
through and across the following described land for the purpose of laying, s
maintaining, and installing an underground waterline R
AND APPURTENANCES THEREOF, said land being described as follows: i SEE EXHIBIT "A", ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART
HEREOF.
Said Grantee shall have the absolute right, at times as may be necessary, 1
to enter upon said easement for the purpose of maintenance, construction, g
repair or reconstruction of the above improvements without incurring any
legal obligation of liability therefor.
Said Grantee shall have the absolute right to place any type of driving
surface within said easement deemed necessary by the Grantee.
Said Grantor shall not in any way block, restrict or impede access and °o
N egress to or from said easement and/or in any way block, restrict or impede 8
0) full use of the land within the above described easement by said Grantee.
0 Said Grantor may fence across said easement and/or along the boundaries of
JD said easement provided that a gate is constructed in said fence. Said gate
r-i shall be of sufficient length and location to allow the Grantee full use

r4 easement. If said gate is to be locked, keys shall be provided to the

Said Grantor shall not construct any permanent structures within a distance
of TEN FEET from the boundary of said easement and/or any permanent
structures which would limit the overhead clearance to less than FOURTEEN
FEET.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of all parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be
executed by its property officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed this 17th day of September, 1991 .

0002-91, recorded under Recording No. 9104160350, in King County, Washington, being a
portion of the north half of the northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 21 North,
Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, in King County, Washington lying within strips of
land described by the following 7 described centerlines:
CENTERLINE NO. 1
Being a strip of land 15.00 feet in width, being 5 feet on the northerly side, and
being 10.00 feet on the southerly side of a centerline being described as beginning
