EASEMENT TO ME CITY OF AUBURN
The undersigned, T. Z.-Maekawa and Kiyono Maekawa, husband and wife,
owners of the property hereinafter described, hereby grant to the City of Auburn a
perpetual easement to construct, operate, maintain, and use a sanitary sewer across
King, State of Washington, .'w
the following described property situated in the County of Z
to wit: The east 234.98 feet of the north 659 feet of the N.E. 1/4, Section 13,
T. 21 N., R. 4 E.W.M.. The sewer to be constructed on the south 5.0 feet
of the east 50.0 feet of the above described tract.
In consideration for this easement a sum equal to one dollar 1.00) per
lineal foot of sewer constructed across the aboire described property shall be deducted
from the "Charge in Lieu of Assessment" that will be required if and when this property
is annexed to the City of Auburn and ddsires to connect to the sanitary sewer.
