PATTON, his wife, hereby grant, con- vey and transfer to the CITY of AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the third class in the State of.-Washington, an easement over, across and underneath the following described 01CS'~' property of grantors for the purpose of constructing, install.i,hg, maintaining and ser- vicing a water main with the necessary appurtenances, the legal description being as follows: The west 30 feet, also the west 60 feet of the east 175 feet, also the north 30 feet, except the east 115 feet, also the south 30 feet of the east 335 feet. ALL of the North half of the south half of the east half of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of_MW%2MW•., Town- ship 21 N., Range 5 E.W.M. That said City of Auburn shall have the right without prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law,.at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said property for the pur- pose of constructing, repairing, altering, or reconstructing said water main, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligation or liability therefor; provided that such constructing, repairing, altering, or reconstructing of said water main shall be accomplished in such a manner that any private improvements existing in this i right-of-way shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event they are disturbed or - destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the City of Auburn. Page Two y EASEMENT For and in consideration of TEN AND N01100 DOLLARS, ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for benefits to be derived by the Grantor herein, Grantor, Fred W.
