over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
8" ductile iron watermain and appurtenances
said land being described as:

described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1,
Block B, ~%.UNN'S GARDEN TRACTS TO AUBURN, WASHINGTON"'`, according to
the Plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 33, records of King
County, Washington; thence N 84-42-53 W, along the southerly line of
Lots 1 and 2, Block B,,t"LUNN'S GARDEN TRACTS TO AUBURN", 333.00 feet
to the Southeast corner of U-HAUL property; thence continuing N
84-42-53 W, 7.54 feet to the true point of beginning of this easement;
thence N 0-39-36 W, parallel and 7.5 foot west of the Easterly line of
said U-HAUL Property, 244.5 feet; thence S 89-20-24 W, 47.50 feet to
the terminus of. this easement.
