THIS AGREEMENT, made this _ - t~' day of A L4c ci y -f " , 19_x, between
the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation of Ding Coui ty, Washington, hereinafter termed
"Grantee", and Scott A. Howells and Renee C. Howells, aka Renee Y. Howells, husband and
wife "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-
way or easement to be used only during demolition and removal of an existing 15' X 20'
garage/shed and restoration of an existing sanitary sewer line, said temporary easement shall
terminate upon completion and acceptance by the City of Auburn, or on December 31, 1997,
whichever comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and across
the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows:
The north 10 feet of the east 55 feet of Lot 4, Block 2, Meades First Addition to
Slaughter, according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 4 of Plats, page 25, in King
County, Washington;
together with the north 20 feet of the west 45 feet of said Lot 4.
