The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee*and~its authorized agents a temporary right-of-
way or easement to be used only during c6iisirur tion,'af;piiblic,s'anitary sewer improvements on
adjacent property, said temporary easement shall.terminate upon completion and acceptance by
the City of Auburn, or on March 1, 1998, whichever comes =first. The said temporary right-of-
way or easement shall be through and across the following described property situated in King
County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:
The south 18 feet of the following described property:
Lot 4, Block 11, Meade's 2nd Addition to Slaughter, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 7 of Plats, page 63, in King County, Washington.
