THIS MSET.I.A TT made and entered into this 4th day of December,
1933 , between REINHOLD R. LIESKE , of Auburn, Washington, as party of
the first part. and the CITY OF AUBURN, a city of the third class
situate in the County of King, State of 7a shingt on , as party of the
second part, ' ITNESSETH:
??HMA FAA the said party of the first part is the owner, as his
separate property, of Lot 6 in Block 4 of .'i.rst to
Auburn, upon which lot there are now situate and located three dwell-
ing h ouse s o and
WHERE S the sedge from none of said dwelling houses is nov7
being discharged into the city sewer extending through the alley
adjacent to the north end of said lot 6-, ane
C7HERE.lS the party of the first part now desires that each of
said three dwelling houses be connected with said public seder and
that each of said three houses shall be connected with one lateral
emptying into such public sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, the said party of the first part does hereby
give and grant to the party of the second part a perpetual easement
to lay, construct, and keep in repair one lateral sewer over and
across the crest two feet of said lot 6 in block 4 of Lange"s First
Addition to Auburn for the purpose of serving the three dwelling
houses now situate upon said lot 6
In consideration of the consent of the party of the second port
to the installation of such one lateral seiner which shall serve the
said three dwelling houses, the party of the first part covenants and
agrees to save the party of the second part harmless from any dames ges
by reason of such insta.llatione
