CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 5th day of January , 19 78 , between
the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Auburn Tire Shop, Inc., a Washington
Corporation "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a
Street Improvement Project on adjacent property; said temporary easement
shall terminate upon acceptance of the Street Improvement Project
by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through
and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington,
more particularly described as follows:.
Ten feet southeasterly of the following described property:
That portion of Lot A, Block 1, of,Truitt's First Addition to Auburn,
as recorded in Volume 14 of Plats, Page 51, records of King County,
Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot A; thence North 86050'13"
East along the north line of said Lot A, a distance of 7.53 feet, to a
point on a curve having a radius of 13.00 feet, said curve having a
radial bearing of South 25046'59" East; thence southwesterly along said
curve through a central angle of 65003148", and arc distance of 14.76 feet,
to a point on the west line of said Lot A; thence North 00050'47" West
along said west line, a distance of 11.49 feet to the beginning and
containing.27.56 square feet, more or less.
