Block 3, New- :Auba*an~ Addiaf on ,oCity of Auburn, Kim County, Washington, and
WHEREAS., the City of Auburn desires to lay and maintain a 6-inch
water pipeline on and under the Must five feet of the above described property,
NOW IDIERIEFORE, in consideration of the above premises, the under-
si feed hereby give and-grant to the City of Auburn .a perpetual easement to go
upon said property in said City, for the purposes of inspecting, laying and
maintaining the water pipeline on the above described,preperty, and to make
any necessary repairs to said water pipeline.
