EASEMENT TO T1;-E CITY OF AUBURN
The Undersigned, George E. Leslie and Genevieve Leslie, husband and wife, onners
of the property hereafter described hereby grant a perpetual easement to the City of
Auburn to construct, operate, maintain, and use a sanitary sewer across the following

described property situated in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington.,
to wit: Beginning at a point on the Vest Marginal line of "H" Stret N.E., said point ~
being 100.0 ft. south of the North line of the South 1/2 of Gov't Lot 8, Sec. 18-21-5
E.W.M.; thence South along the West Marginal line of "H" St. N.E. 100.0 ft.; thence
West parallel to the aforesaid Borth line of South 1/2 of Gov't Lot 8 158.03 ft.;
thence North parallel to the West Marginal line of r'H" St. N.E. 100.0 ft.; thence
east to the point of beginning. Sewer to be constructed on the North 10.0 ft. of
the above described tract.
In consideration for this easement a sum equal to one dollar ($1.00) per
lineal ft. of sewer constructed across the above described property shall be credited
to the assessment to be levied against the above described property for sanitary
sewers to be construc%d under L.I.D. No. 110.
