ing described property:
That portion of Government Lot 1,ri*~18, Township
21, North, Range 5 East W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Auburn
Avenue (State Road No. 5), where said west line is
intersected by a line parallel with and 170 feet due
south' of the north line of said section 18; thence
west along said parallel line 278 feet; thence south-
easterly to a point on said west line of Auburn Avenue
(State Road No. 5), which :3s 135 feet southwesterly,
along said west line, from the point of beginning;
thence northerly along said west line 135 feet to the
point of beginning, County of King, State of Washington,
0 4.1,
for the purpose of laying a city water main under the surface of the said
property and for the further purpose of maintaining said water main.
