FRED W. KAMMEYER and FRANKIE B. KAMMSYER, his wife, do hereby
grant and convey to the.City of Auburn, a municipal corporation,
an easement over and across, upon and underneath, the following
described land for ingress and egress for the purpose of "laying,
maintaining and installing a storm sewer, said land being described
as:
The North 5 feet of that portion of the Northwest quarter
of ~ Township 21 North, Range 5 E.W.M. beginning
at the intersection of the Easterly marginal line of State
Highway No. 5 with the North line of said section; thence
East 360 feet; thence South 118.26 feet; thence West
parallel to the North line to the Easterly marginal line
of State Highway No. 5; thence North along the highway to
the point of beginning, situate in King County, Washington.
