SEWER EASEMENT
THE UNDERSIGNED, ALBERT V. HEINE, JR. and J. JEANNE I-IEIME,
his wife, herewith grant to LYLE A. KNOWLES, the right to lay
a sewer between the house and garage standing on the folloi-ring
described property, to-wit:
North 45 feet of Lots 2$, q9, and 30, Block
27, to Auburn, King
County, Washington
That said sewer line may be installed and maintained at a
point running parallel with the east boundary line of said prop-
erty at a distance from 46 to 50 feet therefrom.
