The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said ease- ment so long as said use does not interfere with the installation and maintenance of the said utilities and so long as no per- t manent buildings or structures are erected on said easement. Nickelsen and Shirley M. Nickelsen "Grantor". WITNESSETH: The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a Street improvennent proiect on adjacent property; said temporary easement shall terminate upon acceptance of the street impravement project by the Grantee.
