more or less, to the south line of the N 1 /2 of the NE 1 /4 of the NW
1 /4 of said Section 18 and the True Point of Beginning of this description;
Thence westerly along said south line a distance of 374. 77 feet; Thence
north a distance of 300.00 feet; Thence east a distance of 374.77 feet;

said strip being described as follows; Beginning at a point on the east
line of the aforedescribed parcel, a distance of 78.00 feet south of the
northeast corner of said parcel, the True Point of Beginning of said
centerline, thence southwesterly 232.00 feet, more or less, to a point

suit or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon

said property for the purposes of constructing, repairing, maintaining,
altering, reconstructing, or extending said utilities or
making any connections therewith without incurring any legal obligation
or liability therefrom; also all lands adjoining said easements shall be
subject to the temporary use of necessary equipment and personnel
that may be deemed. necessary to accompl-.ish any of the heretofore
described rights; provided that such constructing, repairing, maintaining,
altering, reconstructing, or extending of said utilities shall
be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements
existing in this right-of-way shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or
in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in
as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was
entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said ease-
ment so long as said use does not interfere with the installation and
maintenance of the said utilities and so long as no per- t
manent buildings or structures are erected on said easement. Also',.'
there shall be no placement of trees within said ..right-of-way.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land forever
and shall be binding on the Grantor's successors, heirs, and assigns.

CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 6th day of October , 1977 , between
the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and George P. Nickelsen and
Shirley M. Nickelsen "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a
Street improvennent proiect on adjacent property; said temporary easement
shall terminate upon acceptance of the street impravement project
by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through
and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington,
more particularly described as follows: Ten feet northeasterly of the following
described property:
