CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 10th day of January , 19_ja_, between
the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Roger Sohn & Constance K Sohn
"Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of-way or easement to be' usea only during construction of a
street-improvement proj rt . on adjacent property; said temporary easement

by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through
and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington,
more particularly described as follows:
Ten feet Northwesterly of the following described property.

32 of Plats, page 5, records of Icing County,Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence South 86°50'45" West
along the south line of said Lot 3, a distance of 7.16 feet to a point on a
curve having a radius of 18.00 feet said curve having a radial bearing of
North 22°20'32" West; thence northeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 28°42'10", an arc distance of 9.02 feet to a point on the east line
of said Lot 3; thence South 00°00'45" West along said east line a distance of
4.94 feet, to the beginning and containing 14.3 square feet, more or less.
