AUBURN SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 408 do hereby
grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over
and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a Sanitary sewer lines,
Storm lines, and Water lines
said land being described as:
rl- Parcels being a portion of the following described parcel within Exhibit "A":

Seven foot six inch wide parcels on each side of the centerline of sanitary

sewer lines, storm lines, and water lines installed as part of the Auburn
High School Additions and Modernizations Project under City of Auburn Building
Permit No. 11355, located as constructed. See Exhibit "B" for locations of
the above mentioned lines.

EXHIBIT "A"
Description: Beginning at the S.W. corner of the Washington School property,
which is in the center of E. Street N.E. on the northern boundary of the
junction of E Street and Main Street East, proceed north along the center line
of E Street N.E. 575.10 feet more or less to the center of the junction of
Second Street North East and E Street N.E.; thence east 363.91 feet more or
less along the center line of Second Street N.E.; thence north and slightly
west along the east boundary of Lot 9, block 5 of Lange's first addition to
Auburn 119 feet more or less to the northern boundary of the alley in the
center of said block; thence east 140.8 feet more or less to the S.E. corner of
the unplatted lot owned by Mr. John A. Besancon; thence north 119 feet more or
less to the south boundary of Third Street N.E.; thence west along the south
boundary of said Third Street 256.6 feet more or less to a point parallel with
the north -south line of the eastern border of lots 4 and 5 in Lange's first
addition to Auburn; thence north 432.21 feet along the eastern boundary of
said lots 5 and 4 of block 3 and lot 4 of block 2 of Lange's first addition
to Auburn; thence east 610 feet more or less to the western boundary of
H Street N.E.; thence south 170 feet more or less to the southwestern corner
of the junction of Fourth Street N.E. and H Street N.E.; thence east across
H Street N.E. and along the southern boundary of said Fourth Street N.E. 333.97
feet more or less to the center of the northern border of lot 9 in block 3 of
Poplarwood addition to Auburn; thence south through the center of lots 9, 10,
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 of block 3, Poplarwood Addition, across Second Street
N.E. and through lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of block 2, same
addition, a distance of 998.82 feet more or less to the northern boundary of
the alley on the southern border of lot 21 in said block 2; thence west along
the northern boundary of said alley approximately 284 feet to the eastern
border of H Street N.E. which shall be closed; thence south along the western
border of Lot 1, block 1, of said Poplarwood Addition 121 feet more or less
to the northern boundary of East Main Street; thence west 875 feet more or less
to the point of beginning at the center of E. Street N.E. on the northern border
of Main Street. EXCLUDING quit -claim deeds to the city for street and sidewalk

Location: Roughly bounded in by E Street on the West; Main Street on the
south; a line parallel with and between I Street N.E.,and J Street N.E. on the
east; and Fourth Street N.E., and the northern boundary of the school property
on the North.
