the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Fred Poe
"Grantor".

WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a
street improvement project on adjacent property; said temporary easement
shall terminate upon acceptance of the street improvement project
by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through
and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington,
more particularly described as follows:
The Easterly and Southerly 10 ft of the following described property:
The W 15 feet of Lot 5 AND the East 29 feet of Lot 6, ALL in Block B of
Arthur C. Ballard's Condict Addition to Auburn, as per plat recorded in
Volume 19 of Plats, on page 88, records of King County, EXCEPT the East
5 feet thereof taken by the State of Washington for Highway purposes.
Situate in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington.

This indenture made this rte-- day of April, 1955 by and between Pauline
Pfnister, asingle person,hereinafter referred to as the Grantor, and the City of
Auburn, County of King, Washington a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to
as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
VMEREAS the. Grantor is the owner of
South one half of Tract 19, East Auburn Acres Addition to Auburn.
WHEREAS, the grantee is desirous of running a sewer line along the crest ten (10)
feet of said property and the grantor is willing to grant ande:convey:;an easement therefore.
NUN THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the Grantor, her heirs,
successors and assigns, hereby grant and convey to the Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement for sexier purposes on the west ten feet (10 ft.) of the South one
half (1/2) of Tract 19, East Auburn Acres Addition to Auburn, Washington, said real
estate being located in the County of King, State of Washington.
This is a covenant running with the land in favor of the grantee, its successors
and assigns.
