Xk STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT For and in consideration of TEN AND N01100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for benefits to be derived by the Grantor herein, Grantor, THE CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation hereby conveys and warrants to THE CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, its successors and assigns, a perpetual nonexclusive easement under, over, through and across the following described land for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing A STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND APPURTENANCES THEREOF, said land being described as follows: A 20.00 FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND HAVING 10.00 FEET ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED CENTERLINE: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W: M. LOCATED 30.00 FEET WESTERLY OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 18; THENCE N 00-59-17 E, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 18 ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE PLAT OF JAMES W. WARREN FIRST ADDITION TO AUBURN AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 41 OF PLATS, PAGE 29, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, A DISTANCE OF 200.70 FEET TO THE, * TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID CENTERLINE; THENCE N 51-01-58 E, 165.96 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERNMOST SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID PLAT OF JAMES W. WARREN FIRST ADDITION TO AUBURN. THE NORTHEASTERLY AND SOUTHWESTERLY TERMINUS OF SAID 20.00 FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND SHALL ABUT AND ADJOIN SAID NORTHERNMOST SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE JAMES W. WARREN FIRST ADDITION TO AUBURN AND SAID EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE JAMES W. Q Said Grantee shall have the absolute right, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said easement for the purpose of installation, relocation, improvement, inspection, maintenance, construction, repair or reconstruction of the above improvements without incurring any legal obligation of liability therefor. This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of all parties hereto.
