HIBRAY and Carol A. HIBRAY, husband and wife "Grantor". WITNESSETH: The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of--way or easement to be used only during construction of roadway, sidewalks, utilities, illumination and other related work on adjacent property; said temporary easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance from the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, or on January 1, 1995, whichever comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: PARCEL 31 TEMPORARY EASEMENT a C7 AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF AUBURN, COUNTY OF KING, STATE OF WASHINGTON, BEING A PORTION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED "TOTAL PARCEL": THAT PORTION OF GOVERNMENT LOTS 1 AND 8, SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W.M., IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION, 160 FEET EAST OF INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION AND THE EASTERLY LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY NO. 167 (FORMERLY HIGHWAY NO. 5), SAID POINT BEING 1251.20 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 18, AND THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST ALONG SAID SECTION LINE A DISTANCE OF 160 FEET TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY NO. 167 (FORMERLY STATE HIGHWAY NO. 5); THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID ROAD A DISTANCE OF 134.55 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A CONCRETE MARKER, SAID MARKER BEING ON A LINE PARALLEL TO AND A DISTANCE OF 118.00 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID PARALLEL LINE A DISTANCE OF 226.83 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A CONCRETE MARKER, SAID MARKER BEING 118 FEET SOUTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 118.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE EASEMENT BEING DESCRIBED HEREIN BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE SOUTHEASTERLY 8.00 FEET OF THE NORTHWESTERLY 11.60 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED "TOTAL PARCEL".
