The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized
agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only
during construction of roadway, sidewalks, utilities, illumination and rel ateo; work
on adjacent property; said temporary easement shall terminate 9

following described "Total Parcel:"
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 2, James W. Warren's First Addition to the City of Auburn, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Volume 41 of Plats, page 29, in King County, Washington; EXCEPT
that portion deeded to the State of Washington for Primary State Highway Number 5 by deed
recorded under Recording Number 5270419.
The Easement being described herein being more particularly described as follows:
The easterly 10.00 feet of the westerly 32.00 feet of the above described "Total Parcel".
Contains 905 Square Feet of land more or less.
