THIS AGREEMENT, made this 29th day of April, 1993, between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal
corporation of King County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee," and Time Oil Co., a
Washington Corporation, "Grantor."
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-way or
easement to be used only during construction of roadway. sidewalks, utilities, illumination and other related
work on adjacent property; said temporary easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance from the
City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, or on January 1. 1995, whichever comes first. The said temporary
right-of-way or easement shall be through and across the following described property situated in King
County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its property
officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this day of May, 1993

State of Washington, duly commissioned and sworn, personally appeared to me know to be the
president and Assistant Secretary, respectively, of Time Oil Co. the corporation that
executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument to be the free and voluntary act and
deed of said corporation, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that they are
authorized to execute the said instrument and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.

TEMPORARY EASEMENT
An easement in the City of Auburn; County of King, State of Washington, being portions of the
following described "Total Parcel":
C'. That portion of Government Lot 1, Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King
(\I County, Washington, described as follows:

~CD-. BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the south line of Government Lot 1 and the west line of
"C" Street Northeast, as now established, thence north along said west line of "C" Street Northeast,
210.46 feet, more or less, to a point of intersection with the southeasterly line of Auburn Avenue;
thence southwesterly along said southeasterly marginal line to its intersection with the south line of
said Government Lot 1; thence east along said south line of Government Lot 1 to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
The easements being described herein being more particularly described as follows:
The easterly 9.4 feet of the southerly 154.00 feet of the above described "Total Parcel".
Also the northerly 10.00 feet of the southerly 162.00 feet of the above described "Total Parcel".
Also BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the south line of Government Lot 1 and the west
line of "C" Street Northeast (Auburn Way No.), as now established, thence from said POINT OF
BEGINNING, North along said west line of "C" Street Northeast 164.00 feet; thence leaving said
west line along a line that is parallel with the south line of said Government Lot 1, Easterly 7.42
feet; thence Southwesterly on a straight line 164.18 feet more or less to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Contains 2228 Square Feet of land more or less.
