CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
(INDIVIDUAL)
THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of ~ c. m
1993, between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporatVo~ n of King
County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee", and MIYO
TSUJIKAWA, as to a life estate and BEN T. TSUJIKAWA, as his
separate estate, as to the remainder by deed "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized
agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during
construction of roadway, sidewalks, utilities, illumination and
other related work on adjacent property; said temporary easement
shall terminate upon completion and acceptance from the City of
Auburn, a Municipal Corporation, or on January 1, 1995 whichever
comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be
through and across the following described property situated in
King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:

TEMPORARY EASEMENT
An easement in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, being a portion of the
following described "Total Parcel:"
Beginning at the northeast corner of Government Lot 1, Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5
East, W.M. in King County, Washington, said corner being marked by a 4 inch by 4 inch concrete
monument; thence west along the north line of said Section 18, 66.09 feet to a point; thence south
10.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence west on a line parallel with the north line
of said Section, 587.91 feet; thence south 160 feet; thence east on a line parallel with the north line
said Section, 501.09 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly marginal line State Highway No. 5;
thence northeasterly along said marginal line 182.03 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning;
EXCEPT that portion thereof described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Government Lot 1, Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5
East, W.M., in King County, Washington; thence west along the north line of said Section 18,
CAJ 358.40 feet; thence south 10.00 feet to a concrete monument marking the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence S3°30'07"E 80.0 feet to a concrete monument marking a point hereinafter
