19~"rl , between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipalcorporation of
King County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee",
and PROTEAN MARKETING, INC., a Washington corporation, which
acquired title as LYDEN, Ltd., a Washington corporation, v
"Grantor". 0
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized
agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only
during construction of roadway, sidewalk, illumination, utilities
and other related work, on adjacent property; said temporary
easement shall terminate.upon completion and acceptance from the
City of Auburn or on January 1, 1997, whichever comes first. The
said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and
across the following described property situated in King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:

MADE A PART HEREOF.

An easement in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, being a portion of the
following described "Total Parcel:"
That portion of Government Lot 1 of Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King
County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 8, Block 2, James W. Warren First Addition to Auburn,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 41 of Plats, page 29, in King County Washington;
thence north 3°10'00" east along the westerly line of said Lot 8 a distance of 50.08 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing north 3°10'00' east along said westerly line to the south
line of 6th Street; thence westerly along the southerly line of 6th Street, to the easterly line of State
Highway No. 5 (having a right-of-way radius of 573.69 feet as shown on the State of Washington Right
of Way plans for Primary State Highway No. 5, Auburn Second Street to Harvey Road, dated November
22, 1960); thence southerly along said easterly line of State Highway No. 5 to a point which bears south
