199 , between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal borporation of
Kin County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee",
and Auburn Veterinary Hospital, Inc., P.B., a Washington

corporation "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized

agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only

during construction of roadway, sidewalk, illumination, utilities
and other related work, on adjacent property; said temporary
easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance from the
City of Auburn or on January 1, 1997, whichever comes first. The
said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and
across the following described property situated in King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT 'A' ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE
MADE A PART HEREOF.

TEMPORARY EASEMENT
An easement in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, being a portion of the
following described "Total Parcel:"
PARCEL A:
That portion of Government Lots 1 and 8 in Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.,
in King County, Washington, described as follows:
Com rnencing at the northwest corner of said Section; thence east, along the north line, 1175.42 feet;
thence south 219.75 feet; thence west 74.89 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract
herein described; thence continuing west 130 feet, more or less, to the easterly margin of the State
Highway No. 5; thence S28°31'W along said easterly line, 50.00 feet; thence east 153.87 feet;
thence north 43.93 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
EXCEPT portion thereof, if any, lying north of a line running west from a point 439.50 feet north
of the north line of the City limits of the City of Auburn, measured from the point of intersection
of said North City Limits with the east line of the tract herein described, produced south.

N3°31'06"W 32.00 feet; thence S86°28'54"W 98.81 feet to the southeasterly line of State Highway
No. 5; thence S25°00'42"W, along said southeasterly line, 110.18 feet; thence N86°28'54"E 102.77
feet; thence S3°31'06"E 10.52 feet; thence N86°28'54"E 177.42 feet; thence N3°31'06"W 75.32
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
