WITNESSETH:
A
The Grantors do hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized
agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only
during construction.of roadway, sidewalk, illumination, utilities
and other related work, on adjacent property; said temporary
easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance from the Ln
City of Auburn or on January 1, 1997, whichever comes first. The
said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and
across the following described property situated in King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT 'A' ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE
MADE A PART HEREOF.

An easement in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, being a portion of the
following described "Total Parcel:*
The east 177.99 feet, as measured along the north line, of the following described tract:
That portion of Government Lots I and 3 of Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in
King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the north line of said Section 18, with the easterly line of State
Road Number 5, which point is 1091.20 feet east of the northwest corner of said Section 18; thence
continuing east, along said Section line, 160.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the Tract
herein described; thence east, along said Section line, 177.99 feet to a point which is 1429.19 feet east
of the northwest corner of said Section 18; thence south 359.25 feet, more or less, to a point on a line
which is parallel to and 300.00 feet north of the north city limits of the City of Auburn as it existed prior
to July 21, 1953; thence west, along said parallel line, 253.77 feet; thence north 139.50 feet; thence west
204.89 feet, more or less, to the easterly marginal line of said State Highway No. 5; thence northeasterly
along said easterly marginal line, 116.03 feet, more or less to a point on a line which is parallel to and
118.00 feet south of the north line of said Section 18; thence east, along said parallel line, 182.00 feet,
