WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-
way or easement to be used only during construction of roadway, sidewalks, utilities,
illumination and other related work on adjacent property; said temporary easement shall
terminate upon completion and acceptance from the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation,
or on January 1, 1997, whichever comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement
shall be through and across the following described property situated in King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:

I and 2. Block 3, New Auburn Addition to the City of Auburn, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Volume 44 of Plats, pages 8 and 9, records of King County, Washington, said portions
being more particularly described as follows:
The northwesterly 10.00 feet of the southeasterly 14.00 feet of said Lot 2.
Also BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 1, distant thereon N65°00'42"W
