and grant to the City of Auburn a perpetual easement to go upon the

in-ha-id -City; for the purposes of inspecting the sewer connections on the above
described property, and to make any necessary repairs to said ser7ers and con-iec--
tions, or ordering the then owners of any portions of the above described property
