EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF AUBURN

THE UNDERSIGNED, ERNEST F.` CRANE and KATHERYNE MARY
CRANE, his wife, being the owners of the following described real
property, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand
paid, the receipt of which-is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant
and convey unto the City of Auburn the right, privilege, and
easement to construct, operate, maintain, and use a sewer, under,
through, and across the following described property situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, to-wit:

The North 70 feet of Lot eight (8),
