The UNDERSIGNED, Robert G'z~easorn and Geraldine &re&eerr, husband and
wife, owners of the property hereafter described, hereby grant a perpetual easement
to the City of Auburn to construct, operate, maintain, and use a sanitary sewer
across=the following described property situated in the City of Auburn, County
of King, State of Washington, to wit:
The South 60.0 feet of the North 157.5 feet of Lot 1, Block A. Frenchts
fidt YtVM*4 tto Slaughter. Sewer to be constructed approximately 6 feet
south of the north line of the above descibed property.
It is understood that the City of Auburh will not be respondsible
for any plant groarth on the above described property, after the job is completed
the site shall be left in a neat and orderly condition, the garage existing
on said property shall be restored to its present condition, and a concrete
floor and driveway constructed to the sidewalk on "Ll" Street N.E.. Construction
of driveway on said property shall be considered as just consideration for
all damages, inconveniences, etc. which may be incured due to the granting of
said easement. The city will be responsible to restore any damaged property or
plants in conjunction witj~ future sewer repairs.
