For value received, DONALD T. ELLIS and RITA MAE ELLIS, his wife,
1t, hereby grant, convey and transfer to the CITY of AUBURN, a municipal corporation,
an easement over, across and underneath the following described property for the
purpose of maintaining, laying and servicing a water main; the legal description
being as follows:
The north 30 feet of the following described property:
Beginning 206 feet west. of the northeast corner of Govern-
ment Lot 15;' iaica +i Township 21 North, Range 5 E.W.M.;
thence west on the north line 165 feet; thence south 115 feet;
thence east to the County Road; thence northerly and northeast-
erly along the County Road to the point of beginning.
