A 10 foot permanent easement, the West line of said easement being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast 4 of h~ttxi~or 18., Township 21 North,
Range 5 E.W.M.; thence East along the North line of said Northeast 4 a distance of 748.00
feet; thence South 9°10' West a distance of 150 feet to the T.P.O.B.; thence continuing
South 9°10' West a distance of 106.80 feet; thence South 1°58' West a distance of 196.40
feet; thence South 41°51' West 130 + feet to the North line of the City of Auburn prop.
together with a 20' construction easement adjacent to the East of said 10 foot permanent
easement.
Together with
A 5 foot permanent easement, the West line of said easement being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast 4 of Section 18, Township 21 North,
Range 5 E.W.M.; thence East along the North line of said Northeast 4 a distance of 748.00
feet to the T.P.O.B.; thenceS9°10' West a distance of 150 feet, together with a 25'
construction easement adjacent to the East of said 5 foot permanent easement.
Together with the right to fill and remove trees on the permanent easement right-of--way.
All located in the County of King, State of Washington.
